4. Payments and Credits

Certain features of the Service, such as sending SMS notifications, require the purchase of credits.

• No Refunds: All purchases of SMS credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing for credits at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Formbrid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
